Tournament Note
Welcome to the 42nd annual Aurora Baseball League Community Tournament! This year's tournament is proudly presented by the generous community support of LeeAngelo's Pizzeria and Restaurant of Aurora!The ABL Tournament is for community-based teams only. ALL players must be on the team's full-time season roster, and ALL players must live in the same school district or attend the same school. Premier and club teams are NOT permitted to register for this tournament. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable, but competitive tournament experience for our local and traveling teams alike. Divisions & Fees:7 total divisions: 8u (coach pitch) - 14u.Entry fee: $450 per team ($375 for 8u)Game ball and umpires will be included in the feesGameplay:Each team is guaranteed 3 games (weather permitting). Pool play will begin Thursday and continue through Saturday, with championship bracket play on Sunday.1 new baseball will be provided for each pool game and 2 new balls for each bracket game.14u divisions will have 2 umpires per game for both pool and bracket games. 8u-13u will have 1 umpire for pool games, and 2 umpires for championship games.Insurance:All teams are required to provide proof of insurance upon registration for the tournament. Extras:We will be hosting skills challenges on Saturday including Home-Run Derby, Base Running Relay, and a Turn-two Challenge (weather permitting). The best parking is in the lot beside the Splash Pad. Field 3 is the one closest to that parking lot.
The best parking is near HS football stadium. Field #4 is beyond right field fence of the Varsity Baseball field (field 5).
Field 5 is the Varsity Baseball field. Plenty of parking near the field.
The best parking is near HS football stadium. Field #6 is to the first base side of the Varsity Baseball field (field 5).
Parking available in the gravel lot beside the field. Additional parking available in the parking lots across the street.
Plenty of parking available in front of the middle school. Field 7 is to the left and closest to the parking lot.
Plenty of parking in front of the middle school. Field 8 is the furthest from the parking lot and is accessible by walking between fields 7 and 9.
Plenty of parking in front of the middle school. Field 9 is the Freshman Baseball field located to the side of the middle school.
Plenty of parking available at the complex.
Field 1 is on Pioneer Trail across the street from the Aurora High School. It is the field furthest from St Rt 43. Limited parking is available in the gravel lot beside the field. Additional parking is available across the street in front of the high school.
Field 2 is on Pioneer Trail across the street from the Aurora High School. It is the field closest to St Rt 43. Limited parking is available in the parking lot across the street from the fire station. Additional parking is available in front of the high school.
