We ask you to please honor the listed deadlines and time-schedules. The entry deadline is Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 at 11:59pm. The entry fee is $475. The tournament format is a three-game guarantee bracket. If you have any questions, please contact us at your convenience.

Host Hotels Information: Room blocks are available at a rate of $107/per night at Radisson Hotel Cedar Rapids (1200 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402) and at $189/per night at TownePlace Suites Cedar Rapids Marion (2823 7th Ave, Marion, IA 52302) as well $134/per night at Home2 Suites Westdale and $132/per night at TRU by Hilton Cedar Rapids Westdale. Please note that more rooms can always be added if these end up getting sold out.
