Tournament Note
Divisions will be formed based on the number of registered teams to ensure fair and competitive matchups. If there are not enough teams to guarantee at least four games, a division may be canceled, and will receive a full refund. When feasible, divisions will be divided into A and B pools. Players are allowed to "play up" in a higher division, but they are not permitted to "play down" in a lower division.
