Thanksgiving Brawl is a one day event! Legacy will give teams 3 games to keep the rust off during Holiday break! We are only able to give 3 games with no bracket in this event. Times will be 3pm, 4:30pm, 6pm, 7:30pm.

Tournament refund policy

The deposit is non-refundable.
The balance must be paid in-full one month prior to the first day of the event or you may lose your entry and deposit.

If you drop out of the event more than two weeks prior to the first game, a refund will not be given, but you will be given a 50% credit toward another tournament to be used by August 31,2023.

No refunds or credit will be given for dropping out of an event within two weeks of the first game.

Weather cancellations-
We make all efforts to play our events either outdoors or indoors! We do not offer refunds but do offer credits towards future events! In the event that the tournament is unplayable for any reason (no games played), teams will be credited all but $25 of registration for administration fees. If teams play one game, there will be a 50% credit. If at least two official games by rule are played, or are
available for play, no refund or credit will be offered. All credits must be used by August 31, 2023.
