REQUIREMENTS FOR DISTRICT PLAY:
ONLY REC USA SANCTIONED LEAGUE TEAMS FROM DISTRICT 7 ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER REC DIVISION.

** PLEASE NOTE THAT JUST BECAUSE A TEAM PLAYS IN LEAGUE, IT DOES NOT MAKE THEM A REC TEAM. THEIR PLAYING ABILITY/HISTORY MAY CLASSIFY THEM AS CLASS C. ** ALSO, IF YOUR LEAGUE TEAM HAS A PITCHER FROM A SEPARATE TOURNAMENT TEAM, THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGLIBLE TO PITCH IN REC DISTRICT OR STATE.

ONLY CLASS C USA SANCTIONED LEAGUE TEAMS FROM DISTRICT 7 AND CLASS C TEAMS THAT PLAYED IN AT LEAST 2 OF DISTRICT 7s 2023 TOURNAMENTS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER CLASS C DIVISION.
1. Print USA Official Championship Roster from RegisterUSASoftball.com and have it signed and initialed by parents and coach/manager. (2 pages) NO PICK-UP PLAYERS
2. Have Birth Certificate for each player with a photo of that player attached and signed by the player with you onsite. (You do not need to turn in the birth certificates to me ahead of time BUT must have on you at the tournament)
3. Include $350.00 entry fee. If paying by check or money order, make payable to District 7. CashApp, PayPal and Venmo are also available ways to pay. Entry fee must be paid by May 12th.
4. Attach copies of coaches’ and assistants’ background check cards and SafeSport Certification.
Note: Once brackets are posted, teams are obligated for the entry fee unless the tournament is cancelled by the director.
