IMPORTANT INFO: (CLICK HERE)The Game Schedules for all Pee Wee and Jr. Midget Teams for Week #6 (October 2/3 Weekend) are now published. The schedule will go final on Wednesday, 09/29 @ 12pm.The Great Plains Football League post-season begins for all Pee Wee and Jr. Midget teams. Each team will play 2 post-season games. The first weekend of post-season games will be on October 2nd/3rd and the final weekend of games will be on October 9th/10th. The only Pee Wee and Jr. Midget games on the weekend of 10/16-10/17 will be the Pee Wee and Jr. Midget Championship Games.All teams that did not make the playoffs will be scheduled to play against a "like" team in their 2 post-season games. We will match teams up who have similar win/loss records or similar strength of schedules, in both weekends of the post-season. We may even pair teams up to play one another who played in the regular season and had a really close game. The purpose of the post-season format is to give all teams competitive games where everyone has a chance to get a "W" to end the season.For the Pee Wee and Jr. Midget division playoffs, the quarterfinals will take place this coming weekend. The 2 semi-final games will then take place the weekend of 10/09-10/10, and again, the Championship games will take place the weekend of 10/16-10/17. So, win or lose this coming weekend, your team will play the next weekend also.For home games in the post season, we note win-loss records from the regular season, but mostly pay attention to which teams are due a home game and which teams have field availability in scheduling games. Our goal is to make sure that every team gets there share of home games, based on field availability. We understand that many programs depend on concession revenue and some have to pay to use their home fields, so we are sensitive to all of that. The schedules for the games on the weekend of 10/09-10/10 will be posted on Tuesday 10/05 by 10pm.Good Luck to All Teams as you finish up your seasons!!
