INFORMATION:

1. Dates/ November 8-10, 2024. ***TEAMS MUST PLAY ON FRIDAY NIGHT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Format/ 3GG. 1-Matchup Game. Followed by a Seeded, Double Elimination Qualifying Bracket. Teams will be seeded into the brackets by their 2024 Summer Finish in the HFL League Standings
3. Team Entry Fee 14-18U/ $875. **** Digital Payment Required. Checks NOT Accepted**** 12U/ $400
4. Prepaid Team Gate Admission Fee 12-18U/ $400. *** REQUIRED IN A DIGITAL PAYMENT ON OR BEFORE OCT. 24TH, 2024, via Venmo or PayPal.

5. Location/ Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex, 17925 N. Outer 40 Rd., Chesterfield MO. (ST. LOUIS)
6. ALLIANCE NATIONAL BIDS/ 9! Qualifying Bids for the 2025 Alliance Fastpitch National Championships are up for grabs in each Age Division of 14U, 16U & 18U

2025 National Championship Locations/
14U/ Grand Park, Westfield Indiana
16U & 18U/ Chino Hills, Southern California.

REQUIREMENTS/
***** ALL TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE HFL CHAMPIONSHIPS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH HFL/ Alliance Fastpitch for the 2025 Playing Season, IF THEY WISH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE QUALIFYING BID!

Registration for that will open on August 1st, 2024 at https://member.thealliancefastpitch.com/memberregistration . EACH TEAM MUST ALSO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 PLAYERS INDIVIDUALLY REGISTERED WITH THE ALLIANCE ON ITS ROSTER BEFORE NOVEMBER 8TH, to be eligible.

***ALL TEAMS MUST SCORE & STREAM THEIR GAMES THRU AGL FOR GAMES TO COUNT.

**** THE EVENT IS OPEN TO TEAMS TO PLAY IN THE EVENT WITHOUT REGISTERING WITH THE ALLIANCE. HOWEVER, IF THEY PLAY UNDER THAT SCENARIO, THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY BID TO NATIONALS, SHOULD THEY ACHIEVE A FINISH GOOD ENOUGH TO GARNER THEM ONE.

***** BIDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO TEAMS THAT ARE REGISTERED IN THE HFL. This is a League Qualifier for the HFL Only.

**** In 2023, this Event had 64 NCAA Division 1 Coaches, and 23 NCAA Division 2 Coaches, sign into the complex for the purposes of recruiting.

**** ANY TEAM THAT USES LUCID TRAVEL TO BOOK AT MINIMUM 8 ROOMS FOR A FRIDAY CHECK IN & SUNDAY CHECK OUT through our Hotel Link, WILL RECEIVE A $100 DISCOUNT OFF THEIR PRE-PAID GATE FEE. The rebate back would be sent in the form of a Venmo or PayPal distribution, once the rooms are confirmed as completed and used on November 11th.
