Age: Players cannot turn 16 by May 1st, 2019

Format:
- Teams will play 2 pool play games
- Top Seeds will advance to single elimination playoffs
- Teams will be seeded based on records
- Playoffs will begin Sunday
- Teams that do not advance from pool play will be scheduled a consolation game
