Coaches, Families and Players

Thanks for joining us for the Hardwood Alliance hosted in Des Moines. We are excited to have everyone join us for a great weekend of basketball.

The schedule was POSTED @ 10:55pm along with other important information.

Doors Open:
Doors will open @ 8:30am on Saturday and 7:30am on Sunday. Games start at 9:00am on Saturday and 8:00am on Sunday.. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER.PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS.

Coaches will be notified if the Schedule is updated at any point between now and the event. The schedule will NOT change unless there was a mistake made by the event director. Please do not contact director for changes. We did our best with ALOT of schedule requests.

Please share all of the following information with your parents/players before the start of the weekend. This is vital that the following information is shared to parents/players before arrival.

-Please understand that it is your responsibility to check back frequently for schedule changes. Coaches will be notified by email when changes occur.
-There will be no wall schedules/brackets for this event. Please use the "Tourney Machine App" to follow results, standings, and game times.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Spectators are welcome to attend.
-YOU ARE ALLOWED ONLY PEOPLE FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD FOR EACH PLAYER. PLEASE HELP US WITH THIS BY NOT BRINGING EXTRA FAMILY MEMBERS.
-We will be taking temperatures at the door of everyone that enters the facility.
-Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 degrees will NOT be allowed in the facility
-Spectators MUST wear a mask at all times while inside the facilities. You will NOT be allowed in without wearing a mask and may be asked to leave if you don't wear inside the facility.
-Coaches MUST wear a mask at all times while inside the facilities. You will NOT be allowed in without wearing a mask and may be asked to leave if you don't wear inside the facility while not coaching.
-Players need to wear a mask when they are not playing. You must wear one to enter the facility. There will be leniency with players.
-Officials need to wear a mask when not officiating. You must wear one to enter the facility.

Please follow these guidelines as you come and go throughout the weekend:
- Show up for games no more than 20 minutes early.
- Teams can't show up early and watch other games.
- After games are over all teams are to leave the facility as quickly as possible unless you have back to back games. If you have a team meeting, have it after game outside of the facility.
- There will not be handshake lines after games to speed the process.

Entering the facility:
- Entry lines may be longer than normal. Your Patience is appreciated.
- Please stay in family groupings.
- Coaches and players will go through the same process as spectators and then proceed to the coach check in table.
- There will be 2 coaches passes per team.
- There will NOT be any passes for scorekeepers as Gym Rats will staff the table for all games.

Admission is charged for spectators:
ADULT - $10 PER ADULT/PER DAY
CHILD - $5 PER PER CHILD/PER DAY
5 AND UNDER FREE

Home Team:
1st team listed on schedule. They will wear light colored jersey.

Game Ball:
Provided by the HOME TEAM.

Warm Up Basketballs:
No warmup basketballs will be provided. Teams must supply their own.
