Tournament Note

Here is a reminder of the guidelines that Sedgwick County has put out for Covid restrictions. Please pass this along to your kids and parents for this weekend!

- Only 2 spectators per participant - please communicate with your parents before the tournament and make sure this guideline is followed
- Everyone must wear masks while in the facility. During the game - players, coaches and Officials will be the only people allowed to not have a mask on.
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your game time and leave immediately following your game. We have allowed a little extra time between games to help with the flow of people between games. We ask that once your game is finished you talk with your team outside the facility. Do not stay around and watch other teams. For example - if you play at 1pm and 3pm, we still need you to leave the facility for that hour off so we can be compliant with the guidelines.
- There will not be bleachers in the facility to allow people to social distance - please bring your own chair as a spectator!

We want to continue to operate events and we need you and your parents cooperation on these items to do so.

Please enter the facility through the South (Main) Entrance. Coaches and Spectators will be asked who they are there to watch and what time their game is. If you are too early you will be asked to wait outside until it is time to enter. If your team arrives 15 minutes before and is getting ready to play please use the extra court space on courts 1, 6 and 8 to spread out and social distance. The facility also has a mezzanine if you would like to watch games and spread out up there.
