Tournament Note
Welcome to the 2021 Revolution 4v4 Cup registration page! There are two tournaments this year, July 25th and August 8th. Ages this year will range from U8's through U16's. We are following the 2021/2022 US Soccer Birth Year & Season Matrix. A copy of the matrix is provided in the documents below. Please choose the division of your oldest player's birth year. Registration is $350 per team and includes 10 Revolution tickets. Teams are guaranteed 3 games. At least one of those games will be played on the Gillette Stadium field!
