Tournament Note

Dear Coaches and Organization Heads:

Welcome to the OSA MAYB June Jam, sponsored by Pella Windows & Doors! Thank you so much for your patience! I am happy to let you know that schedules are posted online at https://tourneymachine.com/R91119. With almost 220 teams, schedules are tight, and we will NOT be able to make game time adjustments unless a team drops. All participants must check schedules again on Thursday after 12pm for any adjustments made. Here is the link to schedules: https://tourneymachine.com/R91119

Below is information that will be helpful for your families this weekend. Please be sure to share it. Just a reminder that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fans, coaches, and players who cross the line in regards to referees and opponents. Our decorum policies are listed below, and will be followed without exception. We are all here for the athletes and disruptive inappropriate behavior on anyone's part will simply not be tolerated.

Fan Decorum. Fans who cross the line and verbally abuse or berate the officials will be removed from OSA and OSA Facilities. If a spectator is removed from an OSA facility, they will not be allowed to return to the facility for the remainder of the tournament. Repeat offenders will be banned permanently from OSA.

Coaches Decorum: Only the head coach is allowed to address the official. If a coach or assistant coach receives a technical foul, both coaches will need to sit for the remainder of the game. If a coach receives two technical fouls, they will be ejected and not allowed to coach the next game.

Player Ejections: Any player ejected from a game will need to leave the facility for the remainder of the game, AND THE FOLLOWING GAME.

VENUES: All venue addresses can be found within the PLACES tab of your online schedule.

RULES: Tournament rules can be found within the DOCUMENTS tab of your online schedule.

ROSTERS: A link was sent to all coaches/organization heads to complete your online rosters. This needs to be done by Thursday at noon.

ADMISSIONS:
WEEKEND WRISTBANDS will be sold on FRIDAY ONLY for $25.
DAILY - $10/DAY; ALL AGES 6 AND UP
5 AND UNDER - FREE

OSA FACILITIES COVID GUIDELINES - Masks are no longer required in our facilities.
