WELCOME TO THE AEF ACADEMY JULY JAMFEST! Below is information that will be helpful for the weekend. Please share it with your families!

SCHEDULES: Schedules are online at https://tourneymachine.com/R126628 AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Please check schedules again on Wednesday after 5pm for all adjustments made. Changes made after that time will result in direct emailed communication to coaches and organization heads.

PLEASE NOTE that some divisions have bracket games. These games are visible in your DIVISION SCHEDULE, but will not be visible in your team schedule until pool play is complete and teams have been advanced to bracket play. If viewing the schedule from your mobile device, click the BRACKET button to view bracket games.

HOME TEAM is listed first on your schedule, should wear a light colored jersey, and will provide the game ball.

SCOREKEEPERS - Each team must provide a volunteer scorekeeper (18 or older) for each game; One will run book; One will run clock. Scorekeepers are not allowed to address any players, officials, or opposing coaches. Each team’s head coach will receive a scorekeeper pass at check-in. It is the responsibility of the head coach to give this pass to their team scorekeeper for the weekend.

TOURNAMENT BAG TAGS will be awarded to the first and second place teams in each division. Be sure to stop by the ADMISSIONS TABLE after your game to get your bag tags and let us get a pic!

VENUES - All games will be held at Bellevue Lied Center this weekend. Doors will open at 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday.

COACH CHECK IN – All coaches must sign in at the admissions table prior to their first game to receive their wristband. One wristband per coach. Two coaches max per team. Each team’s head coach may pick up a scorekeeper pass for their team to distribute to a parent.

ADMISSIONS - WE WILL ONLY BE TAKING CASH, VENMO, AND CASH APP PAYMENTS! NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS THIS WEEKEND!!!!! PLEASE COME PREPARED! All spectators must pay admissions fees and get a hand stamp prior to entering the facilities. Spectators will not be allowed into any facility without a hand stamp.

• Adults (18+) - $10
• Students (6 -17 years) - $5
• FAMILY - (2 Adults +3 or more students/seniors) - $30
