TEAMS WILL BE GIVEN ONLY 3 COACHES PASSES THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE WHEN YOU SIGN IN AT THE STAGE AT EVANSVILLE SPORTS COMPLEX OR AT THE GATE AT NEWBURGH GIRLS SOFTBALL AND THE GATE AT USI

If you have a sub we have a player add-on form on our website http://www.1after7.com for electronic submission, you can also fill out a form at the park, or you can also add subs to your player roster on stack sport tournament connect.

GATE: 11-64 $10/day $20/weekend
65 and older $5/ day $10/weekend
10 and under for free

THE TOURNAMENT IS ON TOURNEY MACHINE AND ALL WEATHER AND INFORMATION UPDATES WILL BE THROUGH TOURNEY MACHINE SO PLEASE SIGN UP FOR UPDATES.

Be ready for your game at least 15 minutes early. All games are on 2 hour time slots and if a game ends early we will start the next game early if both teams are ready to play.

Please promptly return all foul balls to the field quickly.



Please make sure the girls stay hydrated. Team coolers only at Evansville Sports Complex and Newburgh Girls Softball.

Coolers are allowed at USI due to no concessions.

USI is a dirt field

Facility Rules
• No disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior
• Children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult
• No pets, other than service animals that are leashed and clearly marked
• No coolers or outside food and beverage allowed
• No weapons or firearms permitted
• Tobacco and vapor free
• The use of bicycles, skateboards, and scooters strictly prohibited
• Authorized vehicles only inside park gates
• No overnight RV parking allowed
• No soliciting
• All vendors must be approved and have a permit issued by Evansville Sports Complex
• No fireworks or open flame
• No hitting or throwing against fence or net material
Field Rules
• No chewing gum
• No sunflower seeds or shelled nuts of any kind
• No tobacco of any kind
• No glass bottles or containers
• No metal cleats or spiked shoes
• No paint, chalk, tape, or adhesive material on field surface
• No hitting or throwing against fence or net material
• No dragging of equipment or unprotected tips on field surface
NO ATHLETE THAT HAS PLAYED COLLEGE SOFTBALL IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY PGF TOURNAMENTS
TOURNAMENT RULES
7 inning games including pool play, bracket, and championship games.
Finish the Inning
Pool games can end in a tie. International tie breaker for bracket play is the last batted out
starts at 2nd
.
* LINEUPS –During POOL PLAY, we will allow up to 2 EH’s(Extra-hitters) along with DP/FLEX, so
a maximum up to 12 athletes in the line-up(if using DP/Flex). Courtesy runner for pitcher and
catcher only may be last- batted out or a substitute.
During Bracket play- we will be using PGF and National Federation of High School rules. Only
allows 1 option: TRADITONAL lineup (9 batters). If you use DP/FLEX, you may list 10 athletes in
the line-up.
*COURTESY RUNNER RULE for PGF - Must use a substitute who has not been in the game.
Start Back Pitching Rule – Once the pitcher initially sets the toe of her stride foot, she may not
step, drag, or slide back any farther.
Run rules: 10-after 4, 8- after 5, 6- after 6 and 1 after 7
NO 6 after 6 run rule for 12u ONLY
Tie breakers for bracket are head-to-head, runs against, and run differential:
1. Head to Head
2. Runs Against
3. Run Differential
4. Final is coin toss
Pool Play and Bracket Play Home team is decided by coin toss. Home Team Score Book is
considered the Official Score Book.
