To participate in USA Softball of Washington Tournaments, your team must be registered with USA Softball. All coaches must be Background Checked and Safe Sport Cleared through that system as well as one coach on staff must be Ace certified. You can do this by going to http://www.registerasa.com. 
You should have a up to date USA Rosters that is signed by a USA Rep. If you have any question or need assistance, please contact the Tournament Director

Games will start as early as 8am Saturday and Sunday. Bracket Play will finish out Sunday. No Special Request will be accepted. If we get rained out and your team has played 3 games we will consider it a complete tournament for your team.

- Must be registered with USA Softball to play in tournament. You can go to www.registerasa.com to complete this requirement.

- Entry Fees are due within 10 days from date of registration. ALL TEAMS WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST WHEN THEY REGISTER. TEAMS WILL BE MOVED INTO THE TOURNAMENT WHEN ENTRY FEE IS RECEIVED. THIS IS A FIRST PAID FIRST IN EVENT.

- Withdrawing from event: If you withdraw after schedule is posted you forfeit your entry fee.

Tournament and Facility Rules

- NO Dogs Allowed

- NO Alcohol

- NO Overnight Camping

- NO Smoking

Pool Play

10U will follow a 5 runs or 3 outs for entire weekend.

- NO NEW INNING at 1 hour 20 minutes.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8 after 3, 4, 5.

- Coin flip for home and away.

- No protest will be allowed.

- Games can end in a tie.

- Only coach at the plate meeting may address umpires.

Bracket Play

- No New Inning after 1 hour 30 minutes.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8 after 3, 4, 5.

- Higher seed will be home. If both teams are the same seed, then a coin flip for home and away will determine Home and Away.

- No protest will be allowed.

- Only coach at the plate meeting may address umpires.



Championship Games

- No New Inning after 2 Hours.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8 after 3, 4, 5.

- Higher seed will be home. If both teams are the same seed, then a coin flip for home and away will determine Home and Away.
