To participate in USA Softball of Washington Tournaments, your team must be registered with USA Softball. All coaches must be Background Checked and Safe Sport Cleared through that system as well as one coach on staff must be Ace certified. You can do this by going to http://www.registerasa.com.

TOURNAMENT STARTS FRIDAY AS EARLY AS 9AM. ALL TEAMS SHOULD PLAN TO PLAY AT THIS TIME. NO SPECIAL SCHEDULE REQUEST WILL BETAKEN.

GATE FEE:

ADULTS$10.00 PER DAY OR $20.00 FOR A WEEKEND PASS

CHILDREN(AGES 5-17) $10.00 PER DAY OR $15.00 FOR WEEKEND PASS

SENIORS(65+) $10.00 PER DAY OR $15.00 FOR WEEKEND PASS

-Must be registered with USA Softball to play in tournament.

-Entry Fees are due within 14 days from date of registration. If not received within the 14 days the team will be placed on waiting list.

-Withdrawing from event: If you withdraw after schedule is posted you will be charged a $100 admin fee. If you withdraw the day before the tournament you will only be refunded 50% of your entry fee. Teams that with draw last minute will go on the schedule as a forfeit.

10U will followa 5 runs or 3 outs for entire game all weekend.

- DROP DEAD at 1 hour 20minutes finish the batter.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8after 3, 4, 5.

- Coin flip for home and away.

- No protest will be allowed.

- Only coach at the plate meeting may address umpires.

Bracket Play

- No New Inning after 1 hour 20minutes.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8after 3, 4, 5.

- Higher seed will be home if both teams the same seed the a coin flip for home and away.
