Games will start as early as 8am Saturday and Sunday (Possible Friday evening games 10/4/24 if needed). Weather cancellations will be refunded on a per game basis less any incurred fees (umpires/fields) because of starting a game.

- Entry Fees are due within 3 weeks from start date of tournament. Failure to pay on time will result in removal from the tournament.

- Withdrawing after 9/13/2024 will result in forfeiture of entry fee.

Pool Play

-10U if added will follow a 5 runs or 3 outs for entire weekend.

- NO NEW INNING at 1 hour 20 minutes.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8 after 3, 4, 5.

- Coin flip for home and away.

- No protest will be allowed.

- Games can end in a tie.

- Only coach at the plate meeting may address umpires.

Bracket Play
-10U if added will follow a 5 runs or 3 outs for entire weekend.

- No New Inning after 1 hour 30 minutes.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8 after 3, 4, 5.
-International tie breaker to be used if needed

- Higher seed will be home. If both teams are the same seed, then a coin flip for home and away will determine Home and Away.

- No protest will be allowed.

- Only coach at the plate meeting may address umpires.

Championship Games
-10U if added Championship Game can eliminate 5 run rule if mutually agreed by both teams.

- No New Inning after 1:45 or 7 innings.

- Run Rules are 12, 10 and 8 after 3, 4, 5.
- International tie breaker to be used if needed

- Higher seed will be home. If both teams are the same seed, then a coin flip for home and away will determine Home and Away.

- No protest will be allowed.

- Only coach at the plate meeting may address umpires.
