Tournament Note

Coaches, Families, and Players-

Thanks for joining us for "Hardwood Finale 2024" presented by Hardwood Events. We are excited about the weekend and hosting your team in Kansas City, MO. ALL games will be played at Hy-Vee Arena featuring 12 courts. Games will tip on July 26th and conclude on July 28th. We look forward to hosting your team and wish you the best of luck.

The schedule was UPDATED @ 7:18pm on July 23rd, 2024. Coaches were emailed at this time.

-Coaches will be notified if the Schedule is updated at any point between now and the event.
-The schedule will NOT change unless there was a mistake made by the event directors or something unforeseen were to happen.

Please share all of the following information with your parents/players before the start of the event. This is vital that the following information is shared to parents/players before arrival.

-Please understand that it is your responsibility to check back frequently for schedule changes.
-Coaches will be notified by email when changes occur.
-There will be no wall schedules/brackets for this event. Please use the "Tourney Machine App" to follow results, standings, and game times.

CHECK-IN FOR COACHES (YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL)
-Check in will occur at HY-VEE ARENA.
-You will enter through the main doors and proceed to coach check in.
-ONLY Coaches need to check in, Players DO NOT need to check in
-Coaches can ONLY check themself in. You can NOT check in for other coaches.
-Teams are allowed two coaches per team.
-At Check we will also ask you to verify your roster.
-If everyone is prepared then this will take very little time to receive your credential for the weekend.
-THERE IS NO SCOREKEEPER PASS.
-Event staff will provide a scorekeeper for each game.

-Doors open at 4:00pm on Friday at Hy-Vee Arena.
-Doors open at 8:00am on Saturday at Hy-Vee Arena.
-Doors open at 8:00am on Sunday at Hy-Vee Arena.

Admission is charged for spectators:
FRIDAY:
ADULT - $20
K-12 CHILD - $5
5 YEARS AND UNDER FREE

SATURDAY:
ADULT - $20
K-12 CHILD - $5
5 YEARS AND UNDER FREE

SUNDAY:
ADULT - $20
K-12 CHILD - $5
5 YEARS AND UNDER FREE

Live Streaming for all games:
We have partnered with "Be the Beast" Live streaming this year and all games played at "Hy-Vee Arena and Sports Pavilion Lawrence" will be live streamed each weekend for parents or families members that can not attend. There is a cost associated with the Live Stream and that information can be found here:

Home Team:
1st team listed on schedule in Pool Play or on the Top of the bracket. They will wear light colored jersey.

Game Ball:
Provided by the HOME TEAM.

Warm Up Basketballs:
No warmup basketballs will be provided. Teams must supply their own.
