Tournament Note
Lou Fusz Athletic is excited to host the 12th annual Great Pumpkin Shootout on Saturday October 26, 2024. The event is open to Boys and Girls Youth, High School, and Club teams. We will have divisions available for all levels of ability. All teams will play 3 competitive, 'friendly' games on Saturday at the first class ALL SYNTHETIC TURF Lou Fusz Athletic Complex in St. Louis. This event is designed to be a fun opportunity for team to get meaningful, competitive matches in a less formal tournament setting. Appropriate level competition, certified referees and medical staff on site for all matches, Halloween themed prizes, and the traditional PUMPKIN SMASH. Yes players will have the opportunity to try their hand at destroying our 'Great Wall of Pumpkins' with lacrosse balls. There are no championship finals, trophies nor medals for this event given the 'friendly' nature of the competition.In most cases teams will have a short break between their matches, however in some instances a team may play back to back games in order to facilitate coach/team scheduling conflicts.
