URGENT PARKING MESSAGE: Ranger came by and said all cars parked outside the park are in bike lanes , side walks etc and are not to park there . He isn't going to call tow truck or police today . He said lots of complaints from neighborhood especially cause the bike lane over at flagstaff LL the parked on outside parking up the hill on side walk . He said tomorrow could be towed and tickets

ALL AGES WILL PLAY NO NEW INNING AFTER 1 HR 45 MINS. PLAYOFF GAMES WILL STILL BE TIME LIMIT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES

SEEDING PROCEDURE (First factor is Win-Loss record)
Two Way Tie
1. Head to Head between tied teams
2. Total Run differential
3. Runs Allowed
4. Runs Scored
5. Actual run differential in last pool game
6. Coin Flip

Three (or more) Way Tie
1. Head to Head (if sweep)
2. Total Run differential
3. Runs Allowed
4. Runs Scored
5. Actual run differential in last pool game
6. Coin Flip

RA=Runs Allowed
RS=Runs Scored
LAD=Last Actual Differential

IMPORTANT: Run differential maximum
1. Forfeits will be scored 7-0
2. Maximum run spread per game is 7 regardless of score.
Note: When 3 or more teams are tied and there is not a common opponent amongst all tied teams, run differential is the first tie breaker.
Ties will be counted as a .5 win and .5 loss.

Pitching Rules (Innings per Tournament):
Thru 4 games: 7's thru 12's = 6 innings, 13's and 14's = 7, 15's thru 18's = 8
One inning can be added in each game after your 4th game (5th game)* *Each player on the roster gets (1) additional inning per game played starting in a team’s 5th game played. (Example: During a 12u team’s 7th game, each player can have a max of 9 innings pitched.)
