TOURNAMENT RULES / FACILITY INFORMATION

--NO SHELLED SEEDS AND/OR GUM ARE ALLOWED ON FIELD 3. ONLY TURF/TENNIS SHOES OR MOLDED CLEATS ARE ALLOWED. THE INFIELD IS ARTIFICIAL TURF AND OUTFIELD IS GRASS. PITCHING CIRCLE IS DIRT--

1. All games will be governed by USA rules. The tournament director has final authority on any ruling and/or protest. NOTE: Rule interpretations will be handled immediately by the tournament director.

2. Game time is forfeit time. Must have 8 players to start any game.

3. A coin flip will determine the home team. The home team will be the official scorekeeper. All line-up changes must go through the plate umpire.

4. Teams have the option to bat everyone during Saturday pool play. If batting everyone, the courtesy runner for pitcher and/or catcher will be the last out. Single Elimination games on Sunday will be straight USA rules.

5. Dugouts – For pool play and elimination, it is first come, first serve.

6. TIME LIMIT – All pool play games will have a time limit of 80 minutes, no new inning. Championship game will have a time limit of 90 minutes, no new inning.

7. RUN RULE – All games including championship games will have the following run rule: 12 runs after 3 innings, 10 after 4 and 8 runs after 5 innings. After seven innings or time limit, tie games in pool play will be declared a tie. In the single elimination bracket, tie games will go into the international tie breaker rule.

8. Only one regular size ice chest (filled with bottled water or sport drink ONLY!!!) per team is allowed into the Facility. Ice chest will be checked at the front gate. Absolutely, no other food or beverages will be allowed in the facility. No alcohol, scooters, rollerblades, bikes, skateboards or dogs are allowed.

9. All players and 3 coaches will be allowed in for FREE! Daily Gate fees are $9.00 adult (18-64), $6.00 senior (65 & up), $4.00 Child (6-17), and Free (5 & under).

10. AWARDS – Sponsor and individual awards will be presented to the 1st & 2nd place teams.

11. Seeding for single elimination will be based on the following order:
a. Win/Loss Record
b. Head to Head
c. Runs Allowed (RA)
d. Runs Scored (RS)
e. Coin Toss

12. No infield practice between games. Absolutely no activity in the infield area
when ground crews are prepping the fields.

13. Team Managers will be responsible for all persons including players and
coaches as well as spectators associated with their team.

14. NO overnight RV Parking allowing in the parking lot.

15. No BBQ / tailgating in the parking lot.
