Tournament Note

Dear Coaches:

Welcome to the Reebok Cape Super 32 Showdown scheduled for July 10-12! We are excited that your team(s) will be playing with us this weekend and that your families will have an excellent competitive experience with us!

We are a stay and play tournament series. Out of town teams can stay in any hotel in Cape Girardeau.

We do stats and we do videos. We hired a new videographer and photographer and we'll have videos/photos for all of our tournaments.

The following information will be helpful for your visit:

A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF WILL CALL YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR CONFLICTS.

TELL YOUR PARENTS WE SUPPLY THE SCOREKEEPERS!

SCHEDULES WILL BE COMPLETED AND EMAILED OUT TO THE COACHES WEDNESDAY EVENING .

DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID BY WEDNESDAY THE WEEK OF THE SCHEDULE.

Coaches Check-In: Each coach will need to check in at the admissions table for each game. Two coach passes per team allowed.

Daily Admission: Admission for each day Saturday TBA Sunday TBA for adults, Kids 10 and under are free. Spectators will only need to pay ONCE PER DAY, wristbands are good at all locations.

Scorekeeping: We supply the scorekeepers

Results Update: Results will be updated on our website hourly at www.reebokseries.com. For this tournament, all schedule and score updates are being powered by software called Tourney Machine. From here you can download the app onto your mobile device!

VENUES: The games will be played at the Cape Giradeau SportsPlex.

We will have a Site Supervisor on site at all times, so should you have any questions at all throughout the weekend, they are here to help!
