*In the event that there are not enough teams, divisions may be combined ex: 12U A and 12U B. C/REC DIVISIONS WILL NOT BE COMBINED.

Payments can be made via check, Venmo or PayPal via tournament website.

Payment due 3 weeks prior to event. Once deadline has passed, team will be placed on the waitlist.

Refund Policy-
-Withdraw from tournament 7 days before the tournament FULL refund.
-Withdraw from tournament 6 days or less before tournament or when schedule is posted and receive no refund.
-If tournament is canceled due to inclement weather refunds will be given based on number of games played. Teams that play 75% or more of total game guarantee will not receive a refund. If no games were played, tournament will hold $50 for administrative purposes and refund remaining entry fee to team.

Any weather issues/rainout info will be updated on Rainoutline.com under USA Softball of St. Louis

The tournament directors reserve the right to change the tournament format, time limits, or other aspects so that the tournament may be completed. Teams will be refunded money according to the refund schedule for any games lost due to format changes because of weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.
