USA Softball of St. Louis Gateway to the West MVP World Series

This tournament is open only to teams who are registered as "C" or recreational
-3 Pool Play Games Followed by Single Elimination
-Games will be played at Arnold & Pond
-1st Place Team from MVP Metros will recieve #1 Seed in Bracket
-Rosters will be collected
-75 Minute Games
-No Insurance Required
-NO GATE FEES
-Softballs will be provided
-Tournament will follow all MVP Rules

-Teams are highly encouraged to participate in the MVP Metro Championship June 9-11th
-ALL TEAMS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PLAY FRIDAY NIGHT
-Teams will have the opportunity to trade pins during player party/opening ceremonies on Friday, July 14th.

Payments can be made via check, Venmo or PayPal via tournament website.
Payment due 3 weeks prior to event. Once deadline has passed, team will be placed on the waitlist.

Refund Policy-
-Withdraw from tournament 7 days before the tournament FULL refund.
-Withdraw from tournament 6 days or less before tournament or when schedule is posted and receive no refund.
-If tournament is canceled due to inclement weather refunds will be given based on number of games played. Teams that play 75% or more of total game guarantee will not receive a refund. If no games were played, tournament will hold $50 for administrative purposes and refund remaining entry fee to team.
