Tournament Note

IMPORTANT INFO FOR THIS WEEKEND!

Admissions Policy. To comply with Sedgwick County capacity rules, Wichita Hoops is limiting admissions to 4 spectators per athlete. We encourage coaches and families to communicate ahead of time to ensure your group does not exceed spectator limits.

Tickets. All spectator tickets must be pre-purchased on our secure ticketing website. (No transactions at the door!) Audience numbers will be tracked to ensure we do not exceed building capacity. Masks. Everyone must wear masks at all times, except for players and referees on the court.

Seating. Bleacher seating is extremely limited - please bring your own chairs! One set of bleachers will be placed on the baseline of each court. Guests who bring their chairs are invited to sit along the sidelines to promote social distancing.

Game transitions. To minimize crowds, please schedule your team's arrival for no earlier than 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. Games will not start early. Teams and families are asked to leave the gym immediately after their game is finished. Coaches should hold post-game meetings outside of the facility.

Uniform Colors: Teams listed on left of schedule (or listed on top of bracket) are Visitors and will wear dark. Teams listed on right of schedule (or listed on bottom of bracket) are Home and will wear light.
