Thank you for playing in the 39th Annual MIT Basketball Tournament this weekend. If you have any questions about the 39th Annual MIT Basketball Tournament please contact 402-434-9217. In case of inclement weather, YMCA Youth Sports weather line will be updated throughout the weekend and the number is 402-434-9211. If needed, we also we will use the Tourney Machine website to communicate.Per Lincoln City Mandate, face masks are required in all indoor spaces in Lincoln/Lancaster county Nebraska. Masks are required to be worn by all coaches/scorekeepers/spectators and players while not actively on court during game action. See MIT Tournament Policy Sheet for further information under documents section. Required to be worn by coaches at all times. Required to be worn by any spectator that is attending the game. Required to be worn by the players during practice. NOTE: During full court scrimmage sessions, masks are strongly recommended. Players that can wear mask during these scrimmages should do so. Required to be worn by players during games when they are on the bench, walking to/from the court, waiting to be subbed into the game, and during warm up periods.Fan Attendance: FOUR spectators allowed per participant for the MIT Basketball Tournament. The YMCA admission staff and site supervisor will be monitoring attendance at the door.Daily admission will be charged at the MIT. Weekend passes are also available. Admission fees are a fundraiser for the Lincoln YMCA Youth Sports Branch. Admission rates are below.Daily Admission Rates:Youth (15 & under) - $3.00Adults - $6.00Seniors (60 & over) - $4.00Weekend Pass Rates: Available for purchase on Saturday at the gate admission. The pass will be good for admission into all sites on Saturday and Sunday.Youth (15 & under) - $4.00Adults - $10.00Seniors (60 & over) - $6.00The entrance for Lincoln High School will be Door #29. Door #29 is located south side parking lot behind the back stops on the baseball field.Tiebreaker Procedures:Head to HeadHead to Head two teams onlyPoints AllowedPoint DifferentialPoints ScoredDaylight savings time starts on Sunday, March 14. Remember to set your clocks ahead one hour on Saturday night, so you do not miss your game.Due to COVID-19 the MIT Tournament T-shirts will be available for you to shop on an online store.
