Thanks for joining us for the "Gym Rats Heat Up the Hardwood" hosted in the Des Moines Metro. We are excited to welcome your team, and we are looking forward to a great weekend of basketball! With over 160 teams joining us from around the Midwest we are excited to see many great games.

Games will be played January 15-16, 2022.

The schedule was UPDATED @ 5:12pm on January 14th, 2022. Coaches were notified. Any changes made to the schedule throughout the week will be emailed to the team/coach it affects. It is their responsibility to check back or pass along any information/changes.

Coaches will be notified if the Schedule is updated at any point between now and the event. The schedule will NOT change unless there was a mistake made by the event directors.

Doors will open @ 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday and games will start at 8:00am.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER AND PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS.

Please share all of the following information with your parents/players before the start of the event. This is vital that the following information is shared to parents/players before arrival.

-Please understand that it is your responsibility to check back frequently for schedule changes.
-Coaches will be notified by email when changes occur.
-There will be no wall schedules/brackets for this event. Please use the "Tourney Machine App" to follow results, standings, and game times.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Spectators are welcome to attend.
-THERE ARE NO SPECTATOR RESTRICTIONS.
-MASKS ARE OPTIONAL.

Entering the facility:
- Entry lines may be longer than normal. Your Patience is appreciated.
- There will be 2 coaches passes per team.
- Home Team MUST provide a volunteer at the scores table for each game.
- There will NOT be any passes for scorekeepers.
-Home Team is listed 1st in Pool Play and on top of the bracket. They will wear light colored jersey.

Admission is charged for spectators: (DAILY ADMISSION ONLY)
ADULTs - $10 PER DAY
K-12 CHILD - $5 PER DAY
5 YEARS AND UNDER FREE

Gym Directions:
Posted on the Iowa Gym Rats website and located on the app under "Places" tab

Home Team:
1st team listed on schedule. They will wear light colored jersey.

Game Ball:
Provided by the HOME TEAM.

Warm Up Basketballs:
No warmup basketballs will be provided. Teams must supply their own.
