This tournament is a 3 game guaranteed and Silver Division or lower tournament. There is also a gate fee of $7.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Senior Citizens and children under 15 years old.If you have any special request, please let us know two weeks prior to your tournament.If  you need a hotel you must use our hotel company which is All Sport Accommodations at 888-989-9782 or susan@bookallsports.com.

The following is our refund policy based on canceling of an event for any reason:

Zero Games Played : A full credit towards another tournament of the same value.
If there is no tournaments for your age group the rest of the season,then a credit for the following year will be issued.

1 Game Played : $200.00 credit toward a future tournament.
If there is no tournaments for your age group the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be issued.

2 Games Played: No Refunds.

Withdrawal of an Event : Any withdrawal 14 days prior to the first day of the event =$200.00 credit toward a future tournament

Any withdrawal 7 days prior to the first day of the event = no refunds
