TOURNAMENT RULES

The following will serve as the tournament rules: 

• Admission will be $12 per day. Admission. 
• Children 12 and under, and players, managers, coaches and bus drivers are free. 
• We will use National Federation Rules with the following exceptions: 
• 8 run rule after 5 innings. 
• Each game will be one hour and forty-five minute time limit. 
• International tie-breaker immediately after seven innings. 
• Any game that is tied AND starting an inning after1 hour and 40 minutes will go to the international tie breaker immediately. Otherwise, all games will be AT LEAST one hour & 45 minutes. 
• Games will end in a tie after 2 tiebreaker innings are played OR at the completion of an inning AFTER the one hour and 45 minute time limit. 
• Infield will NOT be available before games UNLESS TIME PERMITS. 
• Metal cleats are not permissible on turf fields.
• Teams will flip for home team before each game. 
• Please help us by returning foul balls and game balls to the umpires following each game. 
• The home team will serve as the official scorekeeper. 
• 3 tournament champions will be crowned based on overall record percentage. Large School, Small School, JV
• In case of a tie, the following steps will serve as a tiebreaker:
  1 –Head to Head, 2 - Number of wins, 3 – Average number of runs allowed, 4 – Average number of runs scored, 5 – Co-Champions! 
• Fee schedule for Varsity tournament games is as follows:

  • 1 Game $100
• Fee schedule for JV tournament games is as follows:
  • 9 Games $540

  • 1 Game $80
• In the event of weather, our text alert system will be the OFFICIAL notification of delays/changes/cancellations.  

Registration is due by 1-31-2025.  A late fee will be charged for registrations received after this date.
