Thank you for your interest in in the 5th annual JC17 Memorial Shootout for Dreams, hosted by True Blue Lacrosse and the Massapequa Lacrosse Club.  The tournament is scheduled for June 3, 2023 (rain date 6/4/23).

This is a youth tournament for boys graduation years 2027 through 2032/33. All teams are guaranteed 3 games with a championship game in each bracket.  The registration cost is $1,500 per team, with a multi-team discounts available.  Please contact us with any questions at mikemacri1@gmail.com.  

A portion of net tournament proceeds will once again be donated to the National Brain Tumor Society.
