3rd Annual Grand Slam 4 Mitchell Baseball Tournament benefiting the Mitchell Thorp Foundation, a public 501(c)3 organization. Supporting families whose children suffer from life-threatening illnesses, diseases and disorders. 

We will be "Playing at the New Ages" for this tournament. Age cut off is May 1, 2023. 

Please use the Parental Authorization/Medical Release form attached in the documents. Each parent or legal guardian must complete this information. We will also be sending a DocuSign of the Medical Release form for you to send out to your players parents.
