USA Rules will be in effect with run rule being 12, 10, 8 after 3, 4, 5.
3 pool games into double elimination.  B and Open division may be combined if not filled.  
75 minute games finish the inning.
Championship games will be 7 innings no time limit except the 10U will have a 90 minute time limit.
