TOURNAMENT TEAM, CLUB, AAU OR SCHOOL INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
It is recommended that your teams have TEAM, CLUB, AAU or SCHOOL INSURANCE COVERAGE in place for this Tournament Event. If not you MUST NOTIFY rguy2@rochester.rr.com at least 10 DAYS in advance to receive waiver forms for staff and parents to sign. Waiver Forms MUST BE HANDED to the Event Site Director PRIOR TO YOUR 1st GAME.
TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be given if the event is CANCELLED or if you CANCEL REGISTRATION AT LEAST TEN DAYS prior to event.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULING POLICY
All attempts will be made to place your team in the appropriate grade/age bracket. Our goal is to have competitive games and we make every effort to do so. Due to the teams registered in the event we may have to play your team one grade below or one grade above in order to get them games. You MUST LIST IN YOUR PREFERENCES if you do not want to be moved up or down a level in order to play. You will be contacted by the scheduling director if that is the case. THE SCHEDULE AND TEAM LIST IS POSTED THE WEEK OF THE EVENT BETWEEN MONDAY @ 6:00 PM AND TUESDAY @ 6:00 PM AND ANY REVISIONS ARE POSTED AFTER 6:00 PM ON THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT ON OUR FURY BASKETBALL CLUB WEBSITE AT: WWW.FLFURY.COM . I also understand that I should check the Fury Website Daily for any new last minute changes out of our control and I will notify my players and parents of any last minute changes.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULING REQUESTS
YOU MUST LIST ANY SCHEDULING REQUESTS ON THE PREFERENCE SECTION WHEN REGISTERING. If you are coaching multiple teams we will do our best to schedule games opposite each other but request that you have a back up assistant just in case. If you are coaching multiple teams please do not request specific game times for your teams. PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL REQUESTS unless there is an emergency. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT START DATE AND WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST REQUEST…FIRST SERVED BASIS.
TOURNAMENT PLAYER - COACH – OPFICIAL - SPECTATOR CONDUCT POLICY
I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERENCE FOR POOR CONDUCT FROM MY PLAYERS, COACHING STAFF, OFFICIALS, PARENTS OR SPECTATORS. I will explain this policy to my team, staff, parents and spectators and support the Fury Tournament Site Staff if any issues arise with my team, staff, parents or spectators during the course of the Tournament Event. If I have an issue with an official I will calmly discuss this with the Tournament Site Director and I will direct my staff, parents and spectators to address any concerns to me and I in return will speak with the site director. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE CONDUCT POLICY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE TOURNAMENT EVENT.
TOURNAMENT ROSTER - RULES – ASDMISSIONS – SITE LOCATION POLICY
ROSTERS ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTERING. If you are unable to enter your roster at that time you must submit it TEN DAYS PRIOR to Kelly Quinn at: kmpquinn05@gmail.com. Any final changes MUST BE SUBMITTED to the Site Director prior to your 1st game. We DO NOT ALLOW roster additions on Sunday unless approved by the Site Director. Our events will abide by the AAU Grade and Age Requirements and all coaches MUST HAVE a copy of your player’s BIRTH CERTIFICATES in a folder at the event in case of any questions. ALL COACHES must abide by the Tournament Rules that are posted on our website and agree to get all information out to their players, staff, parents and spectators. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY TOURNAMENT RULES MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF GAMES OR CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY. No Exceptions.
