Please Note: That this event fills up every year and it is extremely difficult to honor scheduling requests. Please prepare to play as early as 8 a.m. on Friday. Generally speaking most teams will play 2 pool games on Friday and 2 pool games on Saturday and elimination play will most likely begin on Sunday. In the event of field issues and/or an odd number of teams we may play a very limited number of elimination games late on Saturday evening to even out bracket flow (only if absolutely necessary). It is our intention to close registration once the event is full or on or about May 1st whichever is earlier, this should allow us time to process last minute entries/payments and begin scheduling with hopes of releasing a schedule in early June.
