General Tournament Information:
Entry fee for the event is $350 / team. Prepaid gate fee for the event is $200 / team. USA sanctioned and a NAFA Qualifier. Teams must be registered with USA Softball.
- 4 Games Guaranteed Weather Permitting
- Teams must be USA registered
- Teams must provide proof of insurance
- Pool Play and Single Elimination Bracket USA rules (except where otherwise noted)
- Roster Batting and substitute freely in the field allowed in pool play
- Time limit is 1hr 15 min with no new inning after 1hr 10 min for pool play
- Umpire decisions are final, no protests
- Individual Awards for 1st and 2nd Place
- 2 Berths per age division to NAFA Northern Nationals
- Entry deadline March 31st or until full
- Will schedule around Prom & HS events
- Please communicate those ASAP once registered to allow for time to accommodate in the schedule
Cancellation Policy:
- 0 games played - 75%
- 1 games played - 50%
- 2 or more games played - No refund
- Games played include any full or partial game played
- After the game schedule has been completed and posted, no refund for teams that cancel.
