WELCOME TO THE OSA MAYB SPRING TIP OFF! We are stoked you have chosen to start your spring/summer season with us this weekend, and we promise an excellent experience for all participants! Below is information that will be helpful for your families this weekend.

We will not be making any changes unless there is an error on my part or if a team drops. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK SCHEDULES AGAIN TUESDAY AFTER 10PM FOR ANY POTENTIAL ADJUSTMENTS MADE.

VENUES: All games will be held at the Union Bank & Trust Sports Complex, located at 21015 Cumberland Drive in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Doors will open at 5:30pm on Friday and at 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK is allowed to be brought into any OSA Facilities. Concessions will be open during all game times at UBT.

PARKING AT UBT Sports Complex - In addition to the parking spots at UBT Sports Complex, visitors may park in other areas around the facility. ROSTERS: A link will be sent to each coach/organization head to complete rosters online. These must be entered by THURSDAY, APRIL 7TH AT NOON. We realize that some teams do not yet have their uniforms, and if that is the case, numbers may be written in on scoresheets prior to your game. If you are an organization head who registered multiple teams, please be sure to get all team rosters entered or send the link to your coaches.

COACH CHECK IN: Coaches will need to sign in at the admissions table prior to their first game. Each coach will receive a wristband for the weekend after signing in. One band per coach; two coaches max per team. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AND SHOWN UPON ENTRY AT EACH VENUE.

SCOREKEEPERS: We will require one parent volunteer scorekeeper per team to keep book and or clock. Scorekeepers MUST BE 18 OR OLDER

ADMISSIONS: All spectators must pay to enter all OSA Facilities and will receive a wristband. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AND SHOWN UPON ENTRY! ANYONE REFUSING TO FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER! WEEKEND PASSES WILL BE SOLD ON FRIDAY ONLY:

ADULTS - $10/DAY (18 AND OLDER) OR $25 FOR WEEKEND
STUDENTS - $5/DAY (6 - 17 YEARS) OR $15 FOR WEEKEND
5 AND UNDER - FREE

Just a reminder that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fans, coaches, and players who cross the line regarding referees, opponents, and staff. Our decorum policies are listed in our rules and will be followed without exception. We are all here for the athletes and disruptive, inappropriate behavior on anyone's part will simply not be tolerated.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK SCHEDULES AGAIN ON TUESDAY AFTER 10PM AND TO GET YOUR ROSTERS ENTERED ONLINE BY THURSDAY AT NOON.
