Tournament Note

Welcome to the OSA MAYB February Frenzy, sponsored by Gregg Young Automotive Group! We have just over 215 teams competing next weekend, and we are thrilled your families have decided to share your weekend with us!

Schedules are posted online at https://tourneymachine.com/R100797. PLEASE NOTE: ***GAMES WITH ASTERISKS BY THEM ARE EXHIBITION GAMES AND WILL NOT COUNT TOWARD POOL RECORD***

I was able to accommodate almost all, if not all, conflicts submitted in advance, and I will not be making any changes unless there is an error on my part or if a team drops. Please note that if bracket play overlaps another one of your teams, you will need to have your assistant coach or a parent assist with one of the teams. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK SCHEDULES AGAIN TUESDAY AFTER 10PM FOR ANY POTENTIAL ADJUSTMENTS MADE.

Please also note the following important information and share it with your families:

VENUES: All games will be held at the Iowa West Field Center in Council Bluffs and the Bellevue Lied Activity Center in Bellevue. Venue addresses can be found within the PLACES tab of your online schedule.

Just a reminder that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fans, coaches, and players who cross the line in regards to referees, opponents, and staff. Our decorum policies are listed in our rules and will be followed without exception. We are all here for the athletes and disruptive, inappropriate behavior on anyone's part will simply not be tolerated.

COACH CHECK IN: Coaches will need to sign in at the admissions table prior to their first game. Each coach will receive a wristband for the weekend after signing in . One band per coach; two coaches max per team. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AND SHOWN UPON ENTRY AT EACH VENUE.

SCOREKEEPERS: We will require one parent volunteer scorekeeper per team to keep book and or clock. Scorekeepers MUST BE 18 OR OLDER

ADMISSIONS: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PAY TO GET IN AND WILL RECEIVE A WRISTBAND EACH DAY. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AND SHOWN UPON ENTRY AT EACH VENUE! ANYONE REFUSING TO FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER OUR FACILITIES! WEEKEND PASSES FOR ADULTS ONLY WILL BE SOLD FOR $25 ON FRIDAY ONLY

ADULTS - $10/DAY (18 AND OLDER) OR $25 FOR WEEKEND
STUDENTS - $5/DAY (6 - 17 YEARS)
5 AND UNDER - FREE
