Tournament Note

Dear HOOPS 'N HOPS Coaches - I have a team that dropped in the 7th boys division, and I was not able to find a replacement team. I need to make a quick adjustment to that division, which MAY AFFECT your schedule, even if you are not in that division. I will be done making this change by 9pm Thursday, so please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SCHEDULES AT THAT TIME.

In the meantime, some reminders for the weekend...please share with your players and coaches...

SCHEDULES ARE POSTED ONLINE AT Many divisions have one or two pool play games followed by bracket games. Bracket games will not be seen within your team schedule until teams are advanced from pool play. Bracket games CAN BE FOUND within your DIVISION SCHEDULES. Pools with 4 teams will have round robin games only.

VENUES: All games will be held at the Union Bank & Trust Sports Complex and the Mark in Elkhorn. Doors will open at 5:30pm on Friday and at 7:30am on Saturday. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK is allowed to be brought into any OSA Facilities. Concessions will be open during all game times at UBT. ONLY COACHES should bring balls into our facilities.

PARKING AT UBT Sports Complex - In addition to the parking spots at UBT Sports Complex, visitors may park in other areas around the facility. Please check the PARKING MAP which can be found within your online schedules. Here is that link:

Weekend pass - Adult $25 (18+); Student $15 (6 - 17)
Friday Only - Adult $10; Student $5
Saturday Only - Adult $15; Student $10

HOME TEAM is listed first on the schedule, should wear a light jersey, and must provide the game ball.

ROSTERS: Links have been sent out for you to fill out your rosters online. I have not yet printed scoresheets, but will first thing in the morning so you still have time to get them in!

COACH CHECK IN: Coaches will need to sign in at the admissions table prior to their first game. Each coach will receive a wristband for the weekend after signing in. One band per coach; two coaches max per team. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AND SHOWN UPON ENTRY AT EACH VENUE.

SCOREKEEPERS: We will require one parent volunteer scorekeeper per team to keep book and or clock. Scorekeepers MUST BE 18 OR OLDER.

DECORUM: Just a reminder that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fans, coaches, and players who cross the line regarding referees, opponents, and staff. Our decorum policies are listed in our rules and will be followed without exception. We are all here for the athletes, and disruptive, inappropriate behavior on anyone's part will simply not be tolerated.
